Payment method

All prices are MPC retail prices with VAT, in Croatia’s national currency, Croatian kuna (KN). Payment is based on the created offer to the seller’s account. All product prices on the website include VAT and are valid for advance payment by web order or payment by credit card. In case of incorrect payment of the amount, the company Enia doo will ensure the return of the overpaid amount to the payer’s account.

WSPay is a secure online payment system, real-time payment, credit and debit cards and other payment methods. WSPay provides the buyer and merchant with secure entry and transmission of entered card data, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate that WSPay has. WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for entry and transmission of data.

Warranty and complaints

All products offered on the Enia doo website are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty conditions for the products are determined by the manufacturer and as such Enia doo transfers them to users. All products are thoroughly inspected before being handed over to the delivery service and delivered in good condition. If upon receipt the user notices damage caused during transport, he is obliged to immediately contact Enia doo employees and report the damage by phone or e-mail. In such a case, Enia doo will, at its own expense, deliver a new product to the user. In other cases, complaints about the ordered goods are resolved within the warranty period and under the warranty conditions for that product, where the user contacts Enia doo in the most appropriate way (by phone, e-mail, in person). Suppliers of products offered on the Enia Spare Parts website provide service in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia. In the period from placing the product in the cart until payment confirmation, there is a possibility that the product quantities are no longer available, of which the seller will inform the buyer by email or phone, and the buyer then has the option to cancel the ordered product and cancel the order or request a replacement if it is available. In both cases, the contract between the seller and the buyer is considered terminated until a new one is concluded.

Delivery

  1. Products that are paid for in accordance with the submitted web order are sent on the same day and will be delivered to the Buyer within one to three business days (depending on the delivery (courier) service schedule), provided that orders are received by 1:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, counting from the day of payment. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, it will notify the Buyer in order to agree on a new delivery date. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract. If you wish to arrange a specific delivery date, please write this under NOTE, so that we can convey your wish to the delivery (courier) service.
  2. Delivery is carried out by the Seller by engaging a reputable delivery (courier) service. Delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building at the specified address. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor on which the Buyer is located, but to the entrance of the building.
  3. When taking over the delivered product, the Buyer is obliged to inspect the delivered product and in case of visible damage, he has the right to refuse to take over the same and to request delivery of the undamaged product.
  4. In cases where a product different from the one he bought was delivered to the Customer, he has the right to deliver the ordered product, and if this is not possible, the Customer has the right to a refund in the amount of the product price paid, the delivery price and compensation for the costs of returning the product, and is obliged to return the wrongly delivered product.
  5. Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all the documents that accompany the product (user manual, warranty card), an invoice, and a confirmation of receipt of the shipment, which he is obliged to sign. By signing the confirmation of receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the product has been received without external visible damage.
  6. Delivery is only made to the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
