1. All prices of all products are retail price (MPC). Product prices and delivery prices are expressed in kuna (kn), the Croatian national currency, with VAT included.
2. The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice, just as he is authorized to change prices exclusively for the web shop without prior notice. It is also authorized, without prior notice, to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a single product, group of products, and/or for all products at any time. The above benefits may apply exclusively to online purchases, which will be clearly indicated to the customer before the purchase.
3. Unless there is an unintentional error, all ordered products will be delivered at the prices that were valid when the web order was placed.

The Seller is authorized, without prior notice, to determine a discount for an individual product, group of products, all products or a group of consumers at any time in accordance with the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW and also, without prior notice, to determine a discount for Special Forms of Sales at any time in accordance with the aforementioned law. The above benefits may apply exclusively to online purchases, which will be indicated to the customer prior to the purchase.

In accordance with the CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW, the company Enia doo will, at its own discretion, put certain products on sale. Enia doo is not responsible for any errors that may occur in the description and price of the product and will try to correct them as soon as possible. Enia doo will not accept new orders under the terms and conditions of the expired sale.
