All data on the vessels (year of construction, dimensions, engine, equipment) are taken from the owner’s documentation and are considered accurate, but we do not guarantee their complete authenticity. Before concluding the contract, the buyer is obliged to verify the information provided, inspect the vessel and its accompanying documents, and conduct a test sail if he wishes.

The vessels are located in the ACI marina network throughout the Republic of Croatia. Inspection of the vessel is possible only with prior written notice and in agreement with the seller/broker, while respecting the internal regulations of ACI marina, applicable security protocols and access control procedures.
